Greeting Cards (a lost art in America)
Once upon a time people sent greeting cards for various circumstances, but not so much anymore. We'd like to see that change. Children still love it when something comes in the mail with their name on it, instead of mom and dad's name. And with the hectic pace of our digital world, we forget how nice it is when someone takes the time to acknowledge an accomplishment, or to tell us they are thinking about us if we're having a rough go of it, to say thank you, or even just a get well card. Sending note cards, as well as birthday cards and holiday cards was a social grace that I think society would do well to recover.
